Please follow the steps below to download and configure the HealthyConnect iPhone App:
Click on the picture or iPhone Install link above or ...
Open the App Store on your iPhone.
Tap "Search" in the bottom right corner of the app.
Search for and select "HealthyConnect" from the list of drop down responses.
Tap "Get" to install the app.
Once the installation is complete, tap "Open" to launch the HealthyConnect app.
Allow HealthyConnect to send you notifications by tapping "Allow" when prompted.
Tap "OK" when prompted to allow HealthyConnect to use Bluetooth.
Tap "Existing User" and enter your user credentials and tap "Login".
If configured, use your device's biometric security for future logins. Refer to your device's biometric security setup instructions for more information.

Tap in the "Search" field and enter "HealthyConnect".
Select the app from the list of responses
Tap "Install" to the right of "HealthyConnect".
Once the installation is complete, tap "Open" to launch the HealthyConnect app.
Allow HealthyConnect to send you notifications by tapping "Allow" when prompted.
Tap "Existing User" and enter your user credentials and tap "Login".
If configured, you can use Biometric security for future logins. Please refer to your device's biometric security setup instructions for more information on how to set this up.
Welcome to the revolutionary new HealthyConnect app! This state-of-the-art app has been designed to make managing health and wellness plans easier than ever before. With the app, you can transfer important health data from your smart watch and access tele/video-health appointments from any location.
The app's user-friendly interface is divided into 4 main areas: Home, Watch, Health and Connect. Each one provides an array of features and functions to help you make the most of your health and wellness journey.
To access the Home screen, simply tap the "Home" button located in the bottom left corner of the screen. Here, you can view a patient's provider details, access the quick launch toolbar, stay up-to-date with notifications and reminders, keep track of tasks for the day, and view the latest medical device readings.
Tap the "Watch" button in the bottom left center of the screen to open the "Your watch" screen. Here you'll be able to quickly and easily connect to and access all of your smart watch information, including up-to-date connection status and readings, as well as view historical data.
Tap the "Health" button in the bottom right center of the app to open the "Health" screen. This screen provides a comprehensive overview of a patient's Medical Device Readings, Treatments, and Care Plans. By selecting this button, users can quickly and easily gain a comprehensive view of current and past health data. This data can be used to quickly identify trends, make decisions, and adjust treatments as needed.
Tap the "Connect" button in the bottom right corner of the screen to open the "Connect" screen. Here, you can easily schedule a video telehealth appointment with your healthcare provider, get answers to medical questions in the chat section, and even call your office to speak with a member of your healthcare team right away.
In this section, we will look at how to customize the HealthyConnect application to make it work best for you. Before getting started, make sure you have the most recent version of the application installed on your device. Doing so will ensure that you have access to all the latest features and updates.
The HealthyConnect app's "Settings Menu" can be found in the top right corner of the home page. This menu provides patients with access to their profile, the ability to customize system settings, change their password, read the Terms of Use & About info, Logout out of the app, and Report a Problem. With the "Settings Menu", users can easily configure the app to suit their individual needs and preferences.
The "My Profile" section of the HealthyConnect app allows you to view and modify your personal information, such as name, email address, contact info, address, birthdate, profile picture, practice contact details and assigned medical device(s). To make changes, tap the "Menu" icon in the top right corner of the page, then hit "Save" at the bottom of the screen when done.
The HealthyConnect app "System Settings" section provides patients with the ability to alter the system of measurement to either Imperial or Metric, change the temperature system to either Fahrenheit or Celsius and enable the "Keep me logged in" & "Enable Telehealth" features.
The Healthy Connect app “Change Password” section allows patients to easily change their account password. The patient must first enter their current password and then add and confirm a new one. Make sure to tap “Update” when finished.
The Healthy Connect app "Terms of Use" section allows you to review and accept the conditions of use quickly and easily. To accept the terms, simply review them and tap each box. Once you're finished, don't forget to tap "Save".
The Healthy Connect app 'About' section allows patients to quickly and easily view the build number and environmental details of the application, allowing them to verify that they are using the most up-to-date version of the app.
The Healthy Connect app “Logout” section allows patients to securely end their session and completely delete all of their stored data. When logging out, be sure to tap "Yes" to confirm your action.
The Healthy Connect app "Report a Problem" section allows you to easily submit a bug report. When submitting your issue, please include a brief description and tap "Send" to ensure that your report is processed quickly.
In this section we take a deeper look at the Healthy Connect features & functionality. Before getting started, make sure you have the most recent version of the application installed on your device. Doing so will ensure that you have access to all the latest features and updates.
The Healthy Connect app features customizable "Quick Launch Shortcuts" that make navigating the app a breeze for patients. With just a single click, patients can now access their favorite features and functions instantly.
The "Quick Launch Shortcuts" can be easily found on the "Home" screen below the patient's provider details and above the "To Do And Notifications" section. Simply tap and hold your finger on any of the shortcuts you'd like to change and a menu will appear. From there, select the desired shortcut type and tap "Apply" to confirm the change.
The Healthy Connect app's "Watch" section provides a direct connection and concise overview of the essential health data collected by your smart watch. To easily access the latest smart watch information, simply tap the "Watch" button located in the bottom left center of the app.
Watch readings info can be sorted by an averaged value of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, or all. Patients can easily browse to a specific Watch reading date/time by simply tapping on the category of interest and then selecting the "Show all readings" heading located at the bottom center of the Watch section.

The Healthy Connect app's "Health Screen" section provides an in-depth look into a patient's medical device readings, as well as easy access to their current treatment(s) and care plan(s). With its intuitive design and user-friendly interface, the "Health Screen" section makes it easier than ever for patients to stay informed and up-to-date on their health.
To quickly and easily view the most up-to-date medical device readings, navigate to either the Home or Health screen and tap on the desired device. You can then view the readings from that day, as well as sort them by an average of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, or the entire range. To browse to a specific reading date/time, simply tap on the "Show all readings" heading located at the bottom center of the Medical Device Readings section.
The Healthy Connect app “Telehealth” feature offers an easy and convenient way for patients to access quality healthcare services with just one touch. Patients can quickly connect with their healthcare providers for medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, and more, without the need to leave their home or office. Through this innovative technology, patients can get the care they need quickly and conveniently, allowing them to easily maintain their health and wellness.
To start a new telehealth session, tap "Connect" in the bottom right corner of the app and then select "Telehealth". When prompted, grant the camera & audio permissions to ensure a smooth and successful session. After confirming these permissions, you will be redirected to a virtual room to meet with your provider. For an optimal experience, it is recommended that you use a strong Wi-Fi connection.
The Healthy Connect app offers a convenient and intuitive messaging feature in its "Chat" section, allowing patients to quickly and easily communicate with their care team. This streamlined communication platform provides users with the ability to easily ask questions, receive feedback, and stay informed about their health care. By providing an easy-to-use messaging service, Healthy Connect ensures that patients can stay connected with their care team throughout their health care journey.
To start a new conversation, open the app and tap the "Connect" button located in the lower right corner of the app. Next, tap the "Chat" button to begin a conversation with your care team. You can also access the chat feature by tapping the "Chat" shortcut button on the home page.
The Healthy Connect app "Call Your Office" feature offers an effortless solution for patients to quickly and easily call their care team. Patients can connect with their care team in a matter of moments – no fuss, no hassle.
To start a call with your care team, tap the "Connect" button located in the bottom right corner of the app. Then select "Call Your Office" from the menu that appears. Finally, tap the phone icon of the office number you would like to call.
The Healthy Connect app makes requesting a new appointment easier than ever before. Patients can now quickly and easily select the type of appointment they need - whether it's an in-office visit or a video consultation - enter their medical condition, select a physician, choose a time, and even add notes. The entire process is fast, effortless, and secure, allowing patients to get the medical care they need without any hassle.
To request a new appointment, tap the "Connect" button on the bottom right corner of the app, scroll to the bottom of the screen and enter the medical condition, select a physician, preferred time, and any notes you have for the care team. Once entered, tap the "Send Request" button at the bottom of the screen to confirm the appointment request details. You'll then receive a copy of the request in the Healthy Connect chat section.
