If you have previously downloaded the HealthyConnect App we would ask you to wipe the cache and delete the App before downloading the App via this link.
The simplest method to acquire the HealthyConnect App is by tapping on the URL: https://u.hconn.me/ or download button below.
By tapping on the provided URL from your mobile device, you'll be redirected to the HealthyConnect App within the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The link automatically detects whether you're using an Android or Apple device, ensuring a seamless experience without the need for manual searching. Once you've landed on the store page for the HealthyConnect App, proceed to download it directly from there.
We will be using the "Office Code" below and will not use a "Personal Signup Code".
Office Code: 298-998
If you don't have a HealthyConnect App Username and password yet, you'll need to create a "New User." To initiate this process, you'll require either an Office Code or Personal Signup Code provided by your practice. This code should have been given to you during the watch setup process.
Your practice will determine whether you should sign up with an Office Code or Personal Signup Code and will furnish you with the necessary details.
Office Code: This is a 6-digit number that your practice may provide either in written form or verbally.
Personal Signup Code: This code will be sent to you via a text message and will consist of 8 digits. You can easily copy and paste this number from the text message into the signup process.
Once you have a HealthyConnect App Username and Password and have successfully logged in, you're prepared to connect the watch to the App.
Obtain watch from practice:
Watch will have been mailed or handed to you directly.
Turn the watch ON:
If needed, charge the watch before proceeding. Charging the watch will also power it on.
Alternatively, if the watch has a sufficient charge, you can turn it on by long-pressing the side button for about 5 seconds.
Open HealthyConnect app and navigate to the "Watch" tab:
Tap “Allow While Using App” for “Allow Healthy Connect to use your location” prompt.
Tap on the Watch Icon located on the bottom menu bar of the HealthyConnect App.
Select your watch:
The App should display the watch it has detected. In some instances, if other watches are in close proximity, you might see multiple options. In such cases, you'll need to identify the correct watch to connect to.
Fill in required details:
Input your height and weight as prompted.
The watch collects reading details (metrics) every 10 minutes while you're wearing it. These details are stored on the watch for multiple days, but it's recommended to frequently reconnect the watch and App to transfer the stored details from the watch to the App.
Once the readings are on the App, you'll gain access to charts and other detailed information. Additionally, these readings will be transmitted to your medical group, enabling them to assist you in enhancing your health.
It's recommended to charge the watch completely (up to 100%) after receiving it. With a full charge the watch battery typically lasts 7 to 13 days.
